Individual One-On-One Coaching:

Individual coaching is the right fit for you if you want a more personalized approach and thrive on a deeper dive into your current challenges and goals. If you need more support right now and want to feel like someone is by your side every step of the way, then individual coaching is the way to go.

It’s also the best choice if you’re experiencing a crisis or a major life change. After our initial complimentary phone call I will create a custom coaching package for you that will best fit your needs and desires. For most clients this consists of one or two 60-minute or 30-minute weekly phone calls and can also include daily messaging and check-ins.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is the right fit for you if you enjoy the dynamic interaction of a group and a sense of community. My group coaching and mentorship program Ignite is a 6-week online coaching program that will help you identify your passion so you can achieve your deepest goals and live in alignment with your life’s purpose. This program will give you the structure, accountability and support that you need to make your dreams from something you just think about to your new reality.
